He will work with his opponents in trust and respect. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. At 13 years old, he left the state of Nebraska. old, he relocated with his family to Casper in the western state of Wyoming and his father ran the district for soil conservation in Casper to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
